Lost : Season 4 Episode 1 Recap

Ok. Boring. I was checking my watch every two minutes.

Still watchable and I hope it’s gonna get better!

Flash forward:

Some fruit pile, the sea. You’d think it’s on the island? Well no. A car (vintage camaro) just runs into the pile (DO NOT WASTE FOOD) and continues it’s course, because it’s just likein the italian job. We are being shown Jack, drinking orange juice (and booze) and he seems to recognize the car. We then wait impatiently to see which one of the losties will it be. At some point the car ends up in a wall and on the insistance of the local authorities (which means men in blue with guns, talking in an hostile way). Hurley (yes, dude) get out of the car and is being arrested, while screaming “you don’t know who I am? I’m one of the oceanic 6″ (if I heard right).

He’s being interrogated and it appears he saw something in a convenient store that made him run away. The cops want to know (and we all do) but he won’t tell anything. Oh I knew I saw him somewhere! He was michelle rodriguez’s partner cop! Niahh. Hurley say no, I don’t know her.

Wonder why… awww yes, the Libby stuff. Hurley looks so miserable.

Uhu? I think he’s having halucination, cause he sees water and a guy through the mirror of the interrogation room. I guess it’s Charlie ,who puts his hand on the glass and bang it blows up and water gets thrown in the room. The cop comes back when hearing his screams and I was so right, he has mental problems.

Back on the island.

And I’m getting bored, so I’ll make the following light. Des’ comes back with his boat, tells that Charlie regretfully passed away, we got some emotion, and a talkie walkie thrown into the water.

Everybody takes a gun and goes to meet with Jack and co. Hurley loses himself on the way, and arrives near Jacob’s house , get scared, run and the house is still in front of him as if he didn’t run away in the opposite direction, but he did. He goes nuts and “it’s not there, it’s not there”, he closes his eyes and wham, the house disapeared, but Locke’s coming, alive and kickin’.

Meanwhile, Naomi who ran away, was chased by kate, who found her and gave her the satellite phone so she could lead her ppl to their location before dying .

Eventually they all (jack’s group + hurley’s group) meet near the deceased plane (i know, but i wanted to write deceased so badly). News about Charlie’s death spread (Hurley tells Claire, and you will cry if you are emotionnal like me), jack tries to kill Locke, but no.

Charlie’s last words “Not penny’s boat” are said, and ppl part in two groups: those with locke who don’t wish to be rescued by Naomi’s ppl, and well Jack’s group , who want to be rescued by Naomi’s ppl.

They part and Jack and Kate stay together, talking about late Charlie, but then an helicopter appears and some guy parachutes himself. It was dark, but he seemed good looking.

End of the episode.
